Before The Job
Before any project, we ensure the proper people are selected for the specific job. Each project has a delegated Project Manager who has a multitude of tasks to complete with our team before the job is started:
- IFR to IFC review
- Project Execution Plan
- Project Construction Schedule
- Work Execution Plan and Work Packages
- Work Breakdown Structures by Task and Financial Projection
- Project Specific Quality Plan
- Project Specific Health and Safety Plan
- Project Controls Plan
- ITP and Quality Submission
During the Job
After work is contracted, we want to make sure the project starts off on the right foot. We focus to ensure all safety precautions and project information is communicated and documented clearly before any work begins. During the project, extensive communication and reporting is generated by conducting/completing:
- Project kick off meeting
- Weekly progress meetings
- Review man hours, leading & lagging safety indicators;
- KPI`s;
- Quality progression including but not limited to internal project audits;
- Construction schedule review and updating;
- Project Score card aligning project completion to project budget; and
- 3 week look ahead
